Herzog's return to TEC differs from yours. <br /><br />I'm puzzled by it. I thought Bp. Dan's withdrawal, and Bp. Bena's, showed integrity, for they were clearly at odds with the national Church. Bp. Bena still is and makes no secret of it.<br /><br />So what has changed for Albany's former Diocesan in the last three years? The Episcopal Church is, if anything, more determinedly progressive today than it was when he left it. Has the RCC disappointed him in some way?<br /><br />Absent some idea of the why of it, I have to view +Herzog's reappearance with more curiosity than enthusiasm. Will it be good for Bp. Love?
