A New Day

Here in Lewes, the village where the Delaware Bay meets the Ocean, New Year's Day is beautiful and peaceful. What a gift.

  1. There is much I could probably take exception in posts below, but honestly, I'm not in the mood. I think I'll focus on an area we can certainly agree -- if this photo is evidence than you live in a very beautiful area!

    Happy New Years!

  2. Fr. Mark,
After reading your blog as a part of my Morning office for the past year, I want to thank you for your posting, and insights and thoughtfulness. Blessings on your new year from an Anglican Benedictine Oblate and married Christian in Portland, Oregon.

  3. Wow! What a contrast to the weather here in NW PA!

Happy New Year, Mark. Keep your valuable voice present. We need it.

  4. Wonderful view... looking out my window, it's all white with more stuff coming down out of the sky. And, unlike Kevin, I can find many things with which I agree :) Happy New Year!

  5. Happy New Year, Mark, and thank you so much for the photo from my former home. Didn't get down there this Christmas, more's the pity. It is lovely, isn't it?!
    Peace and joy,

  6. Happy New Year Mark. I enjoy reading your posts and find them very informative, and useful to be able to gain a perception of what my worthy opponents believe and how you view things. The ENS is useless in that regard, and you certainly fill a big gap. Please keep posting.
