Simon Mein, over at SimonSurmises, has just written a short reminder that the business of prayer, its efficacy and relation to both Prayer Book prayer and Creeds is more dicey than it appears. 92% of Americans believe in God, so says the Pew Research Center. But what does that mean? With all these religious folks here's a lot of praying that the molecules will line up so that we can travel without accident, not get sick or not die just yet, yes.
