Philadelphia Inquirer on The Seamen's Church Institute, Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Inquirer has a story on the Seamen's Church Institute in Philadelphia. It's a great acknowledgement of a wonderful ministry. The Rev. James Von Dreele, episcopal priest extraordinaire, heads this ministry. It is interdenominational, hospitable, concerned with issues of justice as well as of care, and demanding.

The Episcopal Church is engaged in port ministries in many places, often taking a lead in either ministry or board work. Glad to see the Philadelphia Inquirer report on it. Again, see the article HERE.
