Traveling with a family from Chennai we got around a good bit for three weeks, only to discover of course just how much more we were also missing. Still, in three weeks we did pretty well. The map gives a sense of where we went:
While I was gone I wrote only a few items for Preludium, but now I am back and ready to face into the new year. It promises to be an exciting one in Anglican-land and hopefully Preludium will be of some value to some of you.
So it is time to get on with the year, one which the Chinese zodiac has determined as the year of the Tiger 虎 . Maybe it is time for those of us who are progressive Anglicans to simply get on with our work, becoming a new invigorated community of Christians who are tiger-like in our bravery and willingness to be who we are. More on that later.
For now, may our New Year be a good one, without any fear.
