Canon Oge Beauvoir elected Suffrigan in Haiti

A friend reports that The Rev. Canon Oge Beauvoir has been elected Suffragan Bishop in Haiti. The election took place today, Saturday, November 27th at a special convention at Ascension Church Carrefour.

Canon Beauvoir is the Dean of the Seminary in Haiti. I am sure there will be more official information soon from Episcopal News Service.

Pray for Bishop-elect Beauvoir and for the Bishop and people of the Diocese of Haiti.
