In 2009 I wrote about the extent to which the chaplaincy program of ACNA (then the Convocation of Anglicans in North America (CANA)) bloated the figures for clergy without it costing the emergingd denomination a dime. The Baptist News article reviews just why the current break between the Anglican Church in North America' and its Special Jurisdiciton for Armed Forces and Chaplaincies and its bishop Derik Jones is such a mess.
