Changing Attitude on Primatial (and all of our) need for spatial intimacy

Changing Attitude's Colin Coward often writes carefully thought out, theologically sound, reflections on the ways by which real change in attitudes regarding LGBT people will take place. Now he has written a wonderful piece on the need for Primates, or whatever other group to actually meet, talk and share face to face.  I may reflect further on his essay, but for now, just get over to Changing Attitudes and read it.

  1. Yes, Colin Coward's really is a wonderful piece. Thanks, Mark, for calling our attention to it.

(And where else could we read an essay with Montaigne and macaque monkeys in the same sentence!)

I just finished re-reading (after a very long time!) Robert Heinlein's famous sci-fi novel "Stranger in a Strange Land." Lots of moral, philosophical, theological, historical, and literary problems with it. But it occurs to me that perhaps we should consider whether we are all intended to be, by Holy Baptism, "water brothers."
