Let's Hope the Bishops read this: Marilyn McCord Adams on the Covenant.

Canon Marilyn McCord Adams has delivered an important critique of the Saint Andrews Draft Covenant (SAD) and provides a detailed lead up to this third iteration of The Windsor Report's proposal for an Anglican Covenant. Her conclusion is that SAD is a really really bad idea. But as important as her conclusion is her careful read on how matters came to this point. I highly recommend this paper.
